As of July 22nd 2009, The Joomla Project declared Joomla 1.0 as End of Life and ceased support for the old version.

Following that, we no longer supports the versions for Joomla 1.0

If you really need to install and use the EAImproved 1.3.x (for Joomla 1.0) you can do that, but you should really upgrade to Joomla 1.5!
