What Do you Get with a Subscription Account

  1. Full access to the component`s  download section. While  your subscription is still active, you may download all the newest available versions of the Component, Modules, and Plugins immediately.
  2. Access to restricted sections of the forums, and direct support from us in these forums.
  3. You can use the component without limits on the duration or the number of installations.
  4. You may continue using the component without restriction after your subscription account expires, you will not have access to our support forums or upgrades.
  5. The component code is NOT encrypted.  You  can customize the code to your needs.

What Our Support includes

  • We offer our help to solve Installation and Configuration issues.
  • Will instruct you how to use the component - modules - plugins features.
  • Fix our source code for any bugs reported.

What Our Support Will NOT Cover:

  • Customize the source code to add, modify or remove component features.
  • Fix problems that result from:
    • Conflicts with other third party components
    • Bad customization code or hacks. 
    • Customized or badly coded Joomla templates.
    • Non Joomla friendly servers configurations.
    • Incompatible installations or  installations without the marked prerequisites.

Terms & Conditions

  • The component are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall we, its parent company or any company representative be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
  • We will specify which version of Joomla are compatible with and are tested with only core Joomla functionality and core Joomla modules, components and other said features. As such we cannot guarantee that the products will run with past or future versions of these CMS's nor can we guarantee that any of our products will work with any 3rd party extension developed for the Joomla CMS.
  • Since we are offering non-tangible goods we do not issue refunds after the payment is made for our subscription service. You are responsible for undertaking all reasonable steps to ensure our products will meet your specific needs prior to subscription either by, but limited to, reading discussions on the EA forums or contacting us directly.
  • We will not sell nor rent your mailing details or make publicly available any said information.
  • We reserve the right to change or modify these terms with no prior notice
